Psychological Assessments
This is a comprehensive psycho-educational evaluation to assess an individual's cognitive, academic skill and ability, as well as diagnosing various emotional, social, and behavioural issues. This assessment is suitable for issues relating to giftedness, report for school transfer, dyslexia and learning disabilities, autism, aspergers, ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger control, alcohol abuse, and more.

Pricing
Comprehensive assessment (IQ, Achievement, Adaptive social skills & Behavioral): $2500
Behavioural only: $1200*
*must have completed a cognitive and achievement assessment within the past 12 months
Procedure
Email our office with information about: age, gender, concerns and reason for referral to set up an initial appointment.
The initial appointment takes up to 4 hours. If the assessment is for a child or teenager, at least one parent or caregiver (ideally both parents) will need to be present.
In the event that the psychologist determines that no formal assessment is required, the assessment process will be terminated and appropriate next steps will be discussed. This will be charged at a usual consultation session rate only.
If it is determined that assessment is required, the psychologist will proceed with assessment. Depending on the progress of the assessment, subsequent appointment(s) may be set up in which only the child/teen needs to be present.
Evaluation and report draft will take up to 2 weeks from date of assessment completion. A final appointment will be set up to discuss the results. You will receive one original and one copy of the report. Additional copies can be obtained for $50/each.
