Career Assessment
This assessment is different from the usual "Career Guidance" or "Career Coaching" available in the market which only looks at career interest and/or personality. A career assessment is a comprehensive evaluation completed by our psychologist to assess an individual's cognitive abilities, academic skills, personality traits, and career interest. This provides a more complete picture of the individual, resulting in an accurate guidance report with specific career and/or course recommendations matched to the individual's strengths, goals, and interests. The Career Assessment package includes the following:
A cognitive ability assessment (IQ)
An academic achievement assessment
A career interest assessment
A personality assessment
Recommended for:
Students planning their educational specialisation, university education, and future career paths.
Adults who are exploring mid career changes, undergoing a career crisis, or returning to the workforce after some period of absence.
Employees experiencing retrenchment or down-sizing.
Individuals with barriers to employment, such as physical, mental health or cognitive disability.
Students with learning disabilities (e.g., dyslexia) who require a psychologist's report to obtain accommodations in university or college and would like assistance in choosing a career path that would match their abilities, interests, and goals.
